Holualoa Bay Villas, Unit#105 is absolutely STUNNING! This gorgeous remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is right in the heart of Kailua-Kona, just across the street from the ocean, specifically gorgeous "Holualoa Bay".
Watch waves crashing against the rocky coastline, outrigger canoe paddlers and spectacular gorgeous sunsets right from your HUGE 280 square foot lanai. Lyman’s surf break, beaches and shopping all are close by!
1232 interior square feet of just gorgeousness. A comfortable fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer access, 2 large bathrooms, an Ocean Facing Master Bedroom with King Bed, & A Generously Sized Guest Bedroom as well with a Queen Sized Bed.
Holualoa Bay Villas is a boutique development of only 14 condos that share a large newly remodeled pool and hot tub, a covered barbecue area, two tennis courts and an exercise room.
Beautiful click track vinyl and tile flooring carry throughout the unit. Gorgeous granite countertops, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances highlight the kitchen. The living room provides abundant space for dining and gathering.
Central air conditioning keeps the unit cool on sunny afternoons.
A large sliding door connects the master bedroom to the lanai and invites the ocean breezes into the room. The master bathroom features a large vanity with dual sinks, and a large, walk-in tile shower with glass doors. Go ahead and invite your friends for a stay in Hawaii, the guest bedroom is spacious and the guest bathroom well-appointed with another walk-in shower.

We had a great experience. The condo has nice size rooms, well decorated and clean. The ocean view is the best! We could hear and see the ocean waves from our bedroom , we loved the nice view from our big deck. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo worked well for my husband and I and our two older teen girls. I felt the condo was in safe area and convenient to food areas. We rented a van and was able to get around easy on the island. I would recommend this condo.

Condo was well equipped and very good location. The condo was clean, had a lot of beach equipment for those beach days! Loved having washer/dryer, large spacious kitchen, AC, easy spacious parking , and sitting in the large lanai was awesome. Easy to communicate via text when we had a question. Highly recommend staying at Holualoa Bay Villa #105. BTW, taco food truck across the street had awesome tacos too!

We were so impressed from the moment we stepped into the property! Super clean and welcoming, spotless and a beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to get around the island to the Volcano National Park, snorkeling at Captain Cook, swimming with manta rays and enjoying Kua Bay for a relaxing beach day. Very good communication from the owner and the perfect way to end our 20th anniversary trip. Mahalo!

This is a beautiful and well maintained condo. It is very well appointed with kitchen accessories, towels, beach gear and everything you need for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation. It is very clean and has central AC for those hot days. It was lovely listening to the crash of the waves from the main bedroom. The ocean view is spectacular and the pool and hot tub are very private. Most of the time we were the only people at the pool. On weekends there is a fruit and flower market right across the street. There is also a taco truck across the street. I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed.

I wrote a review previously about our amazing stay here, but am not sure it went through...but this place is amazing! So clean, beautiful ocean view from the lanai, spacious, and great kitchen space. Communication with Knutson & Associates was excellent, no issues at all and I appreciated how easily it was to reach if needed via text. Received detailed info on check in. The pool and grill and hot tub at the property were also very clean! I would definitely book again with Knutson. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Kona!

This condo was exactly as advertised and very nice. The location is a short drive south of Kailua and a bevy of restaurants, and just north of Magic Sands beach. The patio is huge and well equipped for lounging, and the condo is quite comfortable. The beach directly in front of the condo is rocky and scenic, with great wave action. Parking was easy for us, as the condo was not heavily populated that week. I recommend this location highly.

nice condo. very well stocked with everything we needed to cook except a jar opener...could have really used one..good beds, lots of towels and beach toys. My only comment would be the floors were not that clean and the counters could have been cleaned better...inspect the work of your cleaners. but overall it was fine

We did receive your complaint about the floors, and you mentioned you noticed this after day 3 of you staying there that your feet were black. We did speak to housekeeping, and they did tell us they deep cleaned the floors before you arrived, so we were surprised. We do ALWAYS inspect our cleaners work. Hearing the comment about the counters is surprising as we did inspect the counters, and noticed nothing of the sort being dirty. However, we are grateful you informed us so we can review this as well with them. We receive nothing but 5 stars on cleanliness, so this is VERY surprising, and not acceptable to us.

Though we arrived late in the evening, directions and private parking made or arrival easy. The condo was just perfect upon our arrival - more than we had hoped. Though there were only 2 of us, this would be a great unit for 4 people as well. Well stocked, nice linens, super clean, great lanai with ocean views - and you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks even though it's technically across the street. Pool and pool area very clean and comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was the perfect location. Super roomy deck with space to enjoy the view the ocean and watch the whales in the morning. Centrally located, so easy to get around. The condo was very well equipped with kitchen basics, beach items, plenty of beach towels. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. We stayed at the condo for 3 nights. The communication by the property management company was very good. The unit was very clean and well-furnished/equipped. The complex is quiet, and the pool was very nice. We would recommend updating the bedding and providing better or a variety of pillows.

I stayed at this condo near Magic Sands Beach managed by Knutson & Associates and had a really good experience. They were quick to respond and flexible, accommodating an early check-in and a late checkout. We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Holualoa Bay Villas #105 and will for sure be back! The property grounds were immaculately maintained, the home was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. We used the on-site pool, BBQ and game room most nights and loved the central location. The covered parking was an extra bonus keeping us dry in the evening rain storms and our car cool from the hot sun. Highly recommend!!

I was very impressed with the accommodation. It's exactly as described in the booking. It's' newly remodeled, and clean. Opening the balcony sliding door and listening to the sound of the ocean was very soothing. You can sit on the balcony and watch people on the beach just across the road. The owner was very eager to satisfy us and the service was great.

The vacation rental was nice. We had balcony that looked out to the ocean across the street which we enjoyed. The rental was pretty clean. We could not leave the windows open in the back bedroom since the screens popped out really easily and did not seal and therefore not secure. The master bedroom bathroom had a clogged drain in the shower.

We have stayed at numerous Kona vacation rentals and would recommend this for a wonderful ocean view on from an oversized Lanai. It is located across Alii to the beautiful Stone Church on the ocean, which offers fantastic outdoor Sunday church services.
