The Front Ocean Facing Bedroom has Direct Oceanfront Lanai access & a comfortable King Sized Bed.
The Second Bedroom is surrounded by tropical vegetation and features a King Sized Bed & Couch for Relaxation
Both bathrooms have been remodeled. One has a walk in shower, the other has a tub/shower combination!
You can comfortably sleep 4 people total in this nearly 1200 square foot luxury condominium.
The property owners have meticulously maintained this unit and are always putting so much love into the interior for their guests!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.
The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Spectacular views, comfortable condo

Three of us stayed here for a week, it was great. The views were awesome. We spent hours on the patio in the morning and evening. Sunsets every night over the ocean were great. The condo had just about everything we needed, the rooms spacious, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good as well. Everything worked, kitchen well stocked. We used the complex's pool a couple time, very nice. Too hot to play pickleball. We liked being removed from the road which meant for a quiet stay - except for the waves crashing against the shore (which we loved). We would stay here again.
The Magic Sands Beach was great. Good eating places, espresso and grocery store up the hill. Drove to Hilo and to the volcano, not necessarily impressed. Black Rock Pizza is very good. Good restaurant choices in old Kona.

Second time in kksrc 3-103 and didn’t disappoint. It’s a great place with all the amenities and you can’t get any closer to the water. Would stay here again and again

As advertised this ocean front condo was clean, remodeled, comfortable and I have already made a reservation to return.
Management company was attentive to all needs in a timely fashion.
Doubt you can do better at twice the price.

This property has it all. The grounds, trees, bushes are well taken care of. The pool, pickle ball and tennis courts were very nice. The condo we stayed in 3-103 was very clean upon arrival and very comfortable. The view from the patio looking over the ocean was stunning. We watched the sunset every night. We found the condo has nice dishes, cups and appropriate items needed to make a meal. Furniture was typical hawaiian bambo but comfortable. Some of the other condo's had nicer furniture but more expensive nightly rate. The beds were fairly comfortable. The boogie board and snorkel supplies were a bonus as well as court equipment. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The management company was very easy to work with and responded to concerns via text very quick. They are well detailed with check-in and out procedures as well as needed information. Very smooth. Thank you.

The Surf & Racquet Club in Keauhou is by far the best location and most beautiful condo facility on the Big Island. The Knutson & Associate management team provides excellent support throughout the booking and arrival process. Excellent all around!

KKSRC is a great location, have stayed in the complex several times. Fabulous pool! This was a good condo for the 4 of us, although beds were not quite as comfy as we would like. Property management company easy to work with, thanks!
