The property has vaulted ceilings, a huge lanai & beautiful ocean views. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The sleeping configurations feature a King Sized bed in the Master Lanai Facing Bedroom & a King sized bed in the second Master bedroom on the main level. There are 2 twin beds in the roomy Loft upstairs! Excellent Quality furnishings throughout!
The Living Front Room features a large flat screen TV with a comfortable sofa & arm chairs. Beautiful open layout really highlights the space.
The Bathrooms have both been completely remodeled with new vanity cabinets, new beautiful showers, new countertops! Walk in Shower in one bathroom, and Tub/Shower combination is the 2nd bathroom.
Beautiful Chef’s Kitchen! It has all of the appliances and accessories one could yearn for. Lots of brand-new dishes, glassware, silverware,
cups, you name it! Amazing granite countertops and backsplash!
Unit#9-304 is fully equipped with linens with several extra sets for your convenience.

The parking space for unit#9-304 is right in front of building 9. Great easy access for people who have difficulty walking long distances. Please keep in mind this is a top floor unit so there are stairs leading up the 3rd floor. There are lots of visitor spaces if needed as well!
THE VIEWS: Enjoy BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS! You can also view the Tennis Courts as well from the Lanai!
Ready to BBQ?! Common area propane BBQ’s & a charcoal BBQ pit are just at the end of the grassy area right in front of the condo.
They are kept up by the complex association. There is also a Pavilion close to the condo buildings for larger get togethers!
Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club has 3 lighted tennis courts, a newly remodeled pool, a clubhouse by the pool and courts which features soft drink machines there as well.
You can walk off the property at the other end of complex and find a BLACK SAND BEACH that is directly adjacent to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! We are a close walk to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling or surfing, and a short drive to Magic Sands Beach for playing in the waves and the sand. KTA market is right up the road from us, close enough to walk if you choose. Keauhou Shopping Center immediately close by has a theater, Longs Drugs, several restaurants, and other shops.

In town visiting family, this is a great location. The property was beautiful and the condo itself was very well stocked and comfortable. No issues during our stay, communication from the property management was excellent and directions for check in/check out were simple and clear, a 10/10 stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place with lots of space. From the lanai, you can see the ocean while eating. Good location for activities on the Big Island. The kitchen was fully furnished with a 'fridge that makes lots of ice. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus too.
The only drawback is that the unit has no air conditioning...we had to leave the windows open 24/7 to keep the place cool. At night, this was not much of an issue but during the late afternoon/early evening, it was warm and stuffy...especially in the loft. Not a game-ender, merely something to consider.
The complex was also very nice, with a pool and tennis/pickleball courts (like with most tennis courts today, they were used 90% of the time with folks playing pickleball). There were also a couple of nearby pavilions for BBQ or just hanging out eating in the evenings.

The condo at the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club was awesome. The place fit our group on 6 perfectly and the location was great. It is close to shopping, beaches, snorkeling, and lots of great activities. The condo was well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was great and allowed us to save a little money by eating in several meals. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach connected to the property. Overall it was a great experience and the price was very reasonable.

Everything was wonderful other than the fact that there was no air conditioning. I did not see any mention of no air conditioning until I paid my down payment and received the contract that said may or may not have air conditioning which was very deceiving. It was unbearably hot in the afternoon and early evening, even with fans.

The condo matched the photos that were presented on the rental site. Every room was organized, clean, neat and tidy. Closets filled with plenty of bath towels, beach towels and lanai closet was stacked with beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear along with noodles and much more. We enjoyed walking to the private beach located on the resort in mornings with our coffee. The lanai facing the water was so great to bring in the evening sunsets, it was so beautiful! Condo is just down the hill from the Keauhou Shopping Center that has grocery store, restaurants, shaved ice and drug store so we were able to access these shops easily. Also being centrally located making it the perfect stay!

This is a lovely, spacious rental in the community of Keauhou. It is just a 5 minute walk to an amazing snorkeling beach and a stone’s throw away from a small shopping center. The only drawback is that there is no AC which made for some warm afternoons. The ceiling fans helped to cool it down for sleeping but it important to know. The unit is tastefully decorated and well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies.

Really nice accommodation. Simple request for missing essentials like wine glasses and a kettle was not addressed until it was too late. Even though it was over the weekend, how hard would it have been for these items to be droped off?

This property was by far one of the best we’ve stayed in. We are a family of 5 and the size and configuration worked perfectly.
The linen, beds, washer & dryer, kitchenware and everything else in the property were of high quality. It’s a real bonus to be able to do laundry in your appartment with a family.
Being on the top floor (3 flights of stairs) was great, lovely views from the balcony and the stairs were no issue to climb. No noise was heard from the other appartments, it was pretty sound proof.
Our whole family loved everything about this property. There was so many sets of snorkels & reef shoes to use, an esky, chairs and beach gear.
We’d return for sure and highly recommend to anyone looking at booking this property. Agent very responsive & easy to deal with.

I would highly recommend this rental property. The unit is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, the wooden ceilings give it an authentic Hawi’ian feel. It has everything you need for your vacation in the unit plus addition sport / beach equipment. The property has a nice pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ area. It’s the perfect place to watch the beautiful sunset. You can walk along the uncrowded beaches next to the property or two other beaches close by. There is a supermarket (Kta) longs drug, cinema and a couple of restaurants a short walk up a hill. The property is gated, safe and very peaceful and relaxing. The location is also well placed, we were able to get to everywhere we wanted to go with ease. Knutson property management were very helpful and went out of their to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Will be returning for sure on our next trip. The property description and amenities met our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The property was clean and well-maintained. The expectations for our responsibilities at check out were also clearly stated. We were able to remove garbages and do some of the laundry before we left. We did not have any interactions with the property manager, but it was not necessary. We had a code to get the key and we had no needs during the stay that required their attention. The fans provided gave plenty of air flow to sleep comfortably each night. The third level location was beautiful each morning and evening. We were able to see the sunset each evening. I was concerned about the stairs, but the view was worth the three flights of short stairs to our room. We cooked all of our meals in the vacation rental. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a very affordable grocery store less than a mile away to stock the kitchen. We did not ever hear any other tenants during our stay. The privacy and noise were not a problem at all even though it is a very busy location. If you do not have a rental car this location will not work well for you as far as getting to beaches. We loved being away from busy downtown Alii drive. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay in the same location again.

This property was exactly as pictured! Very clean and spacious comfortably sleeps 6. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need. Unit has beautiful patio views with plenty of seating for everyone. No AC in the unit but open the windows and doors during the evening and the island breeze cools it right off, fans are also throughout the unit. Directions for the unit are very clear and the complex is very quiet. It is a top floor unit and complex does not have elevators. Unit also come with a few beach items (towels, chairs, shovels, snorkel equipment) Would definitely stay here again!! No complaints at all! Mahalo

We could not have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in the door to the final day we have been loving every moment at this condo. We felt right at home. The instructions provided were clear. The amenities provided were just what we needed and customer service was just a phone call away. Shopping for groceries and simple needs like toiletries and beach sandals was just a few minutes walk. Even the beach was only a 5 minute drive. The view at sunrise and sunset was spectacular. Our family of 6 slept so comfortably all 5 nights. If we were to ever return to the Big Island this would definitely be our "Home away from home".

We have stayed at last of rentals all over the world. This one was definitely one of our favorites!!! Loved the facilities. Loved all the room our condo offered us as a family of 4. We felt safe within the gated community. Windows were able to stay open and keep the place cool despite the lack of air conditioning. We had everything we needed to cook and clean as well and do laundry when needed. Highly recommend!!!
