The unit is wonderful, conveniently located in kona . The condensation pump of the air conditioner is too loud . It turns on and off intermittently throughout the day and night and it wakes us up. The staff are very helpful. They provided us brand new cooler that we used for fishing.They have beach umbrella and beach chairs that we used. The staff responded to us in a timely manner if we have questions or if we need something. Thanks to the owner and the staff. We had a wonderful time.

Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Unit was well stocked and clean. Building, however, is in need of repairs. The underground parking is under construction and hard to maneuver in (we had a compact car and it was tight). It was also very dark and unsecured making it not feel overly safe.
