You can't beat the view! Amazing wide panoramic view. Love the screens on the front door and Lanai so you can get cross breezes. Plenty of towels, beach chairs. Kitchen is small but well stocked. The location into the little downtown area was great - it's less than a half mile walk to great restaurants and shops.

We super enjoyed our visit. We had stayed here before and were impressed with the upgrades since last year. The split A/C was so much nicer especially in the bedroom which was now so bright and cheery. Putting in the solid glass window was a great improvement there. We loved the view, the location, the pool and the amenities! Thank you for checking on us to make sure we were happy! So nice to have great customer service and such a wonderful place to stay.

We have stayed in this unit several times and were pleasantly surprised with the new remodel since our last visit. During our visits we really have enjoyed being able to relax on the Lanai and watching surfers, boogie boarders, turtles and our favorite, AMAZING sunsets. We also like that we can walk into town from this condo. I would highly recommend!

This condo is WOW! Better than described or pictured! It definitely greeted us with a welcome to Hawaii vibe as soon as we walked in the front door with gorgeous Hawaii style furniture. This place is not over furnished. It's practical, comfortable and gorgeous! The bedroom furniture is SUPER BEAUTIFUL! Although we kept the slider open most of the day and evenings to enjoy the view, sunsets, surfers, cool ocean breezes and sound of the waves, we appreciated having an awesome AC system in the bedroom and living room area as needed. The AC is super quiet and efficient, kitchen is equipped with more than enough supplies needed to prepare meals & cocktails and all the floors are travertine stone tiles! (No nasty carpet!) We also loved having a washer/dryer and spacious walk-in travertine shower. The view is incredible and the location is perfect! The property is a 5min walk from some of the best restaurants and bars in town (Huggos, Don Beachcombers, A Bays, Humpy's, Ocean's Lavern's) and directly next to a popular beach enjoyed by yoga classes, surfers, and sun bathers! There's a beautiful quiet oceanfront pool, hot tub and grills. Other guest were very friendly too.
Easy to find, awesome condo, super conveniently located. We didn't need to leave or go far from this property to feel like we were on our dream Hawaii vacation! Highly recommended!

This place was lovely and quiet. I took my kids here for the graduation present. I was was wonderful. the host was great and was on top of it. We couldn't get the internet to work, he came right away to help. He gave us ideas of places to go and things to to do. Would for sure stay there again.

My partner and I were so incredibly happy with our stay here! This was in a perfect location, within walking distance to the lively downtown area with great restaurants, shops, bars, beautiful beaches, and awesome views. However, it's hard to beat the view from the rental! It's right on the water, an incredible sunset spot. We spent alot of time on the lanai just watching the waves and feeling the breeze. The property was very clean when we arrived, everything worked well and was in nice condition. Loved the furniture and the decorations. We had great service from our contact, it was an easy process, and overall we just got a really great vibe from the place. This was honestly the perfect place to stay and we highly recommend it. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the ocean. As you can see from pictures the ocean is a stones throw from your deck. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Just a short walk to all that downtown Kona has to offer and yet far enough away that you are relaxing in an island paradise. First of all, the location was exceptional as it was right on the ocean. The deficiencies were: no closet space, pictures showed the bedroom bright; however, was small, dark and dinghy, TV not set up properly, water heater on warm, therefore no hot water for showers or for washing dishes, couch old and uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have small package of coffee & filters for arrival. Too Expensive for the quality of unit.

Checked in and the bedding/linens were filthy. They smelled horribly. It’s as if I was laying right next to the precious guest. I called to have them cleaned and never heard back. Had to book another stay since I was not comfortable sleeping in a dirty bed. Never heard back until the day before checkout. Terrible experience.

We absolutely loved this rental! The location cannot be beat. The listing description was truly accurate and the reviews from others helped us to know what to expect. It is true that the A/C is on a 1 hour timer. The unit was quite warm when we arrived. But once we opened the door to the lanai and looked out, it was so worth it. We kept the windows open in the bedroom and had a cross breeze going. Also, the owner provides 2 fans that were very helpful. But the VIEW! We slept on the murphy bed, as some mentioned, and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed ocean breezes and the sounds of the waves all night. The furniture on the lanai is very comfortable and we spent a lot of time enjoying relaxing there. The pool has been updated and is very nice. The restaurants in town are walkable. We especially enjoyed Foster's Kitchen and Island Lava Java (great breakfast). Not walkable, but also you must go to Ultimate Burger and Quinn's Almost by the Sea. We had a wonderful time in this location. The management company was extremely responsive to our questions. We will come back again.

Great location and view. Nice unit with everything you need. There was an electrical issue on day one that took down the wifi and television service but a call to the management company got somebody out to fix it the next day. The bedroom is located against the exterior corridor and the windows are a style that does not seal making it seem like anybody in the corridor was almost in the room with you. Deal breaker issue was a 60 minute timer on the AC unit. This means every time you leave you return to a hot space that takes a long time to cool. It means that when you are there you have to get up every hour and add another 60 minutes to the timer. The space heats up quickly when the AC is off so you have to get up several times during the night to add another 60 minutes. It is good to save energy but not at the cost of relaxation and sleep.

Thank you for the review, and feedback! The owners investigated concerns regarding the refrigerator and the air conditioner. The owners had replaced the refrigerator November 18, 2021 and the air conditioner was replaced in May 2021. Both appliances typically have a lifespan of 3-4 years. After seeing your review, an appliance technician inspected both units and reported both units were functioning properly.
The window mounted AC units are standard construction for most oceanfront properties in Hawaii. The timer is to mitigate people from leaving the unit running, especially if they leave and the windows are left open. The ceiling and tower fans are the standard traditional cooling and take advantage of Hawaii’s trade winds and evening downsloping breezes.

Excellent location with great view oceanfront. Refrigerator was loud and ran almost nonstop. Needs to be replaced. Biggest complaint was the air conditioner. It was loud. There is a manual switch that must be re set approximately every hour. So, if you want it cool at nite, someone has to get up 6-8 times to turn back on. That is unacceptable.

Thank you for the review, and feedback! The owners investigated concerns regarding the refrigerator and the air conditioner. The owners had replaced the refrigerator November 18, 2021 and the air conditioner was replaced in May 2021. Both appliances typically have a lifespan of 3-4 years. After seeing your review, an appliance technician inspected both units and reported both units were functioning properly.
The window mounted AC units are standard construction for most oceanfront properties in Hawaii. The timer is to mitigate people from leaving the unit running, especially if they leave and the windows are left open. The ceiling and tower fans are the standard traditional cooling and take advantage of Hawaii’s trade winds and evening downsloping breezes.

The condo was clean and the oceanfront view was wonderful for watching the sunset everyday. There’s plenty of free parking..The entryway to the condo is very dark and it is hard to see the keypad. Appliances could use updating. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Very quiet next to a small beach. Pool was not available during my stay, so cannot comment on the pool area.

Perfect one bedroom unit! Can’t beat the location - ten minute walk to town where we found great restaurants and easy shopping. If you love being close to the ocean and listening to the waves lap the shoreline, then this is place to stay. It was fun to watch people boogie boarding and watch turtles and dolphins swimming near shore. Excellent spot to admire the sunset every night from the lanai. The pool area was well maintained with comfortable lounge chairs. Plenty of beach towels and noodles for use at the pool. Unit was well appointed with everything you needed to prepare a meal, to host a cocktail party, and to do your laundry. Modern tile floors and tile shower. Cable TV and high speed internet worked great. We will definitely come back!
