Wonderful condo in the ❤️of Kona. Walk to dinner, the Harbor and see all in just a few steps . Lovely Kitchen with everything you need for your stay and the Bed was amazingly comfortable!

The room was clean and the location is great. We had no problem checking in or out. Everything is organized and professional. The unit was clean. We were excited for the pool, but bummed to find out that it was closed until further notice due to the plaza not having a permit. If we return to Kona, we will look to book with Knutson & Associates again.

This was so conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Kona. We loved staying here. It was a quick walk down to the pier to swim every morning and the unit was well equipped with all we needed.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week-long vacation to the big island. Pros to this space are that it was pretty well equipped and comfortable, the rental company was very responsive to emails, it had a beautiful balcony, included parking, the pool was nice and never too busy, and it was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. We did note a few concerns and have addressed them with the owners. These included some maintenance concerns due to the property's age and not being stocked with enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay. Overall, this was a great place to call home for the week, and we would recommend it to others for its great location and affordable price.

Overall excellent. Condo was roomy and comfortable.
The only drawback is that the bucket with the AC runoff needs to be emptied several times a day. Wait too long and some water spills on the lanai when removing the bucket for emptying.
