Stunning ocean views, just steps from lively nightlife and the best of Island fare, this 1 bed, 1 bath, beautifully updated condo awaits you. Enjoy watching boats, paddlers and soothing waves from your lanai, while sipping your morning coffee, or catch the legendary Kona sunset over an evening cocktail. Enjoy a short stroll to shops, restaurants, and a lively farmers market – no need to worry about driving or parking – or venture out to Big Island attractions from a prime location! At the end of the day, relax in the refreshing pool, and take advantage of pool-side BBQ facilities surrounded by lush Island flowers and wildlife.
This second-floor corner unit opens into a bright open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Plantation decor gives the home an island vibe in each room. The living room has a comfortable couch placed in front of a flat screen TV. A single window A/C unit, a washer/dryer, wifi, and a DVD player are provided for your convenience. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper. You and your guests will enjoy relaxing in here with a movie at night while an ocean breeze flows through the lanai doors.
The quaint kitchen has all appliances a chef could need to cook appetizing meals. You have an option of eating at the built-in breakfast bar for two or the formal dining table with 4 seats. The dining table is situated in front of the lanai. Open the lanai doors to listen to the waves crash. You will be able to witness mesmerizing sunsets over the Kona coast here.
The master bedroom can be closed off for privacy at night. This bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed and plenty of closet space. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom. The full bathroom has a standalone shower and a washer/dryer handy for any wet swim suits.
Kona Mansions offers their guests several other amenities to check out during your stay. There is 1 parking space, coin-based laundry facilities, BBQ stations, and an outdoor pool surrounded by lush tropical greenery.

3. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Kona Mansions#211 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Well equipped for a home away from home. Bed was comfy; kitchen was adequately stocked, everything worked properly. The washer and dryer were nice to have. They had beach chairs and towels to use. We will be back and hope this unit is available again!

Too many fees, some fees are displayed at the time of booking but some are not. Those are presented in a lengthy rental agreement which shall be provided for review & sign only after paying. So no option to nackout if you dont like some rental agreement terms sicne you have already paid and its non-refundable. VRBO also wont help even after getting service fee from us

We were very pleased with unit 211 in Kona Mansions. The furnature and bed were very confortable. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. Very welcoming with a basket of fruit on our arrival. Easy access to beach and downtown.

There was too many personal items from owner in unit to include 7 extra sets of sheets. Items had to be stored in order to use the limited spaces. Cooking utensils below average condition. The bathroom toilet was low to the floor. No lighting in bathroom. Carpets were dirty. The grounds were not taken care of properly to include the pool.

We're so very sorry the unit didn't meet your needs and we'll absolutely look to improvement immediately in regards to the space available for guests, & the cooking utensils. We're sorry the toilet was too low for you. There is lighting in the bathroom, so we don't quite understand what you meant by that. There isn't a light in the shower, but there is a light over the vanity, and the bulbs are fine. Respectfully, we disagree about the carpets. They are in good condition, and nearly brand new as the owner installed it recently, and it's definitely not "dirty" as you indicate. but we'll be happy to work on getting a refresh if needed. We're so sorry you felt the grounds and pool weren't taken care of, that's honestly quite the shock and quite to the contrary of what we believe. However, we do thank you for staying with us and do wish you all the best in your future travels.

Totally enjoyed this rental! Knutson staff stayed late to make sure I could find the unit after dark. Bright and clean with a wonderful view of the Pacific. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice, small condo near the center of Kailua-Kona! It was very clean and had everything we needed, including snorkeling equipment and beach chairs. We had a problem with someone trying to get into our unit in the middle of the night and someone else parked in our reserved parking space and the manager responded right away! (Keep your doors locked!)
