*Country Club Villlas will be working on stacks 15 and 16 for steel work sometime between July 29th and August
5th. which will affect units 316 and 115. They will also be doing painting of the railings. This is
estimated between August 12th and 19th.

Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful experience in this property. We loved the location. We found the unit to be clean and the kitchen to have necessary items. We appreciated extras like beach chairs. The managers were very attentive. We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful family vacation and loved the condo. The owners provide many thoughtful amenities and the view is spectacular from the large lanai. We spent more time there than inside! We saw whales many afternoon there! The property was clean and well maintained with a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. It was really handy to have 2 1/2 baths for our group also.
