The unit was very clean. Knutson staff responded quickly to a couple of issues we found on check-in.
The unit is a good size. Sometimes we could hear the ocean at night :-)

This was our second stay in the building, but this unit was not as pleasant experience as the other. It was clean, but needs updating. The fans operate by cords that are either broken or too high to reach. Furniture is heavy and to us unattractive; some signs of rust and peeling paint. The layout is wonderful and the unit is quiet with great views. Just needs some attention; for the price the owner can afford it!
